"Very robust. When some other brand name UHPLC columns have retention time shift issues with our agricultural samples, the ones we got from Sigma do not. Although the resolution might not be as high as the 1.7 micro ones."

"When working in a QA/QC lab, reproducibility and precision are critical. To control the number of variables we only use Sigma-Aldrich columns. Their columns proved to give the best results during our column validation studies. For our application their columns are durable, reliable from batch to batch and reasonably priced. I would recommend this column to any looking to run the same application continuously. (We don't do much method development so I can't comment on how well they would work at separating unknowns.)"
