The results are consistent and reliable, as all the cell culturing occurs within the workstation; therefore the cells are never subjected to fluctuation in (higher) oxygen levels. The customer care is excellent: the machine gets regularly serviced, and any replacement parts are either sent to us within few days or installed by the technician.
