Streptavidin biosensors have always been one-and-done. Load your biotinylated target, run the interaction, discard the probe. Gator® Bio’s Regen SA (RSA) probes change that. Built on an engineered streptavidin, RSA uses a standard regeneration workflow with the reagents provided in the kit, so a single probe measures up to 10 interactions.
