Great value and reproducible.
Label free molecular interaction analysis
Gator plus is a wonderful tool for molecular interaction Analysis. It is cost effective and produce comparable results with other BLI technologies available in the market. Only glitch is the software requires some upgrades and Gator is working on it.

Technical support does not stop after the purchase!
Activity and Concentration Determination
The technical support (Benjamin and Allan) from GatorBio with regards to GatorPlus did not end after the install. The cumulative experience and technical know-how helps to guide specific experiments in assay development answering the right questions. For someone who has never touched this instrument, the detail to the training was impressive! Thanks again Benjamin and Allan!

Great results, fast turnaround, first instrument I would buy as new faculty
Analyzing antigen presentation in closed systems
GatorBio has manufactured a wonderful instrument in measuring (both kinetics and quantitatively) bimolecular binding events, more so than conventional SPR or FCS. Further, the inventor of GatorPrime derived the ease of use from ForteBio while significantly increasing the throughput and turnover of analysis time. I think the greatest feature is the built-in software package to understand sensorgrams. Even if GraphPad, prism, python, etc can also analyze sensorgrams, they certainly require a higher depth of implementation and subsequent understanding to properly concluded the resulting data.

Affinity‑based protein analysis is entering a new era, driven by the need for faster, more reproducible insights into complex molecular interactions. As researchers push toward higher‑throughput discovery, traditional protein analysis tools can struggle to keep pace, creating bottlenecks that slow innovation and limit data quality.
In this SelectScience® webinar, researchers are invited to join experts from Cube Biotech, Adaptyv Bio, and Gator Bio for a deep dive into the next generation of affinity‑based and automated protein analysis.
Dr. Alexandra Nordlohne of Cube Biotech, Dr. Ron Gill of Adaptyv Bio, and Dr. Benjamin Osborn of Gator Bio, will share how cutting‑edge technologies are reshaping protein interaction studies. You will discover how Strep‑Tag® binding with biolayer interferometry (BLI) supports high‑performance interaction analysis, and how automated, AI‑guided workflows streamline protein validation at scale.
By registering for this webinar, you will learn how these complementary approaches drive faster, more reproducible insights into protein function and open new possibilities for discovery and development.
