For general laboratory use. The MagNA Pure Bacteria Lysis Buffer is designed for:

Principle
Samples are incubated in Bacteria Lysis Buffer combined with Proteinase K to lyse the bacteria and to liquefy the samples. The samples are then transferred into the Sample Tubes supplied in the MagNA Pure Compact Nucleic Acid Isolation Kit I for subsequent purification using the magnetic-bead technology of the MagNA Pure Compact Instrument.
