"It is a very user-friendly synthesizer. It helps in synthesizing the gold and silver nanoparticles in a few minutes rather than the conventional lee-Meisel-based methods, which take an exceptionally long time for synthesis, almost 4 hours. However, in our lab has a single-mode microwave synthesizer that can synthesize only 3 mL of the nanoparticle at a time. It needs to be more quantity. The upgraded version of the microwave synthesizer is also available, a multimode, and we can synthesize a larger amount of nanoparticles at a time in less time. An air compressor is also attached to this instrument which cools down the sample in significantly less time. I really enjoyed working with this synthesizer."

"The system, both hardware and software, is intuitive to learn for new users with knowledge of peptide chemistry, even without experience in automatic synthesis. Some parts of the system are delicate, and therefore are probably not for the less experienced to repair or replace, which is similar to lab instruments such as HPLC and mass spectrometers. It may require further method development and tuning on site, which should be expected for such a system. Consumption of reagents is estimated quite accurately by the software. For problem-free operations, regular maintenance is particularly important."
