GATCLIQUID ONCOPANEL ALL-IN-ONE is, worldwide, the most comprehensive cancer gene panel for profiling of cancer mutations in liquid biopsies. It uses hybridisation based target enrichment to capture the full exons of 597 well-characterised cancer genes. Besides single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and insertions and deletions (InDels), the panel can be used to detect gene fusion events and copy number variations from circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA).
