Plate dilutions of organism
Our lab loves using the easySpiral. It helps to cut down on material usage and makes analysis so much faster. We were using hundreds of plates per experiment to get colony counts. With this, we can get a range of 3 dilutions per plate and have cut down to around 75 plates per experiment. Very easy to use. Upkeep can get a bit intensive, but worth the time and energy.
