Compact and easy to use.
Counting mesenchymal stem cells
This product was easy to use and provided accurate results. Cells were clearly observed, and the grid was not disturbed on the experiment. As 4 channels are available on the slide, it is compact and expected to be quickly applicable to various experiments. The mainly used hematocytometer is used with a volume of 10ul, but this product needs 20ul. I need to adapt to using this volume, and loss of cell is a concern when observing rare cell types.
