UHPLC analysis of Environmental samples
I used the Security Guard cartridge for the analysis of environmental samples. Although we performed thorough sample preparation and filtration, our sample analysis still shows a number of artifact peaks at the lower levels. With the Security Guard cartridge, we realise that this could reduce the presence of the artifact peaks that is possibly due to impurities that remains in the final sample. Each guard cartridge could last for about 300 sample injections before we need to replace them., and it's easy to fit onto any HPLC columns.
