Park NX1 AFM
The AFM designed for ultimate resolution
"Park NX1 is an AFM designed for ultimate resolution, purpose-built for researchers who need dependable, high-fidelity nanoscale imaging with stable, repeatable operation. Its optimized architecture combines mechanical rigidity with thermal stability, delivering exceptional resolving power in ambient conditions while remaining straightforward to operate.
A minimal mechanical loop between probe and sample, together with a Kovar core body, reduces thermal drift and achieves a noise floor roughly an order of magnitude lower than typical AFM systems — a key factor behind the NX1's ultimate resolution. The system supports both standard AFM probes and an optional qPlus sensor for high-stiffness, high-precision measurements, extending its performance for the most demanding imaging tasks.
Key Features:
- Optimized, mechanically rigid architecture engineered for ultimate resolution
- Noise floor roughly an order of magnitude lower than typical AFM systems
- Kovar core body for minimal thermal drift
- Intuitive beam-bounce laser alignment with a separated detection module
- On-axis optical microscopy for direct, high-resolution probe and sample viewing
- Optional qPlus sensor for high-stiffness, high-precision measurements"
