Good price/performance ratio.

Average Rating 3.7

Application Area:

Climate chamber

The settings are a bit misleading and there is little support in the operating instructions.

Review Date: 17 Mar 2020 | BINDER

Great instrument to use generally.

Average Rating 4.7

Application Area:

PCB environmental soak testing at elevated temperatures

Good oven for the required task. Hooked up and running in a matter of minutes. Programing it is a little more challenging and the APT-COM4 software is really a bit lacking in terms of user friendliness. Still none of this stopped us from creating a custom program within a short time and using the oven to its full effect. Still to work-out some of the data-logging features but otherwise good performance.

Using BINDER Environmental Simulation Chambers for Shelf-Life Testing in the Food Industry

Social change has influenced the food industry, which is under massive pressure with ever shorter development times. Determining shelf-life is of particular importance because many foods are discarded while still edible and only because the "best before" date has expired. BINDER Environmental Simulation Chambers can be used to simulate an accelerated shelf-life through increased temperatures and higher humidity from which the actual shelf-life is then derived. This white paper explores trends in consumer behavior and how the food industry has changed in industrialized countries.

Electronic Systems Testing with BINDER Environmental Simulation Chamber MK115

Adeas develops electronic modules, products and embedded systems which require thermal testing in order to conform to specifications. This case study demonstrates that the BINDER Environmental Chamber MK115 with BINDER APT.line technology is highly suitable for this testing. The chamber has precise temperature control and soft air flow circulation with homogenous climate conditions which provides reliable test results.
