RSA or Reduced Surface Activity vials are used worldwide when data integrity is important. The borosilicate glass surface chemistry is altered for chromatography and adsorption of basic compounds in aqueous solutions is almost eliminated. The production process does not add any contaminants normally found in glass autosampler vials and the Quality Control testing is based on adsorption, pH stability, metals, bottom height, diameter and height. The cleanest most reliable vials on the market.
Virtually no Silanols on the glass surface compare to industry leaders.
Adsorption of low abundance, basic compounds completely minimized.
Samples will be pH stable, even in 100% aqueous diluent.
Low surface metals compared to "Certified Vials", excellent for LCMS.
