The Resolvex A200 is designed to provide fully automated positive pressure solid phase extraction (ppSPE), offering hassle-free, walkaway processing in 1 ml columns and 96-well plates. It uses Tecan’s proven and reliable Cavro® syringe pump technology to accurately deliver up to 11 protocol solvents – from deionized water to hexane – via an integrated eight-channel dispensing module.
The system’s gas-based ppSPE technology maximizes reproducibility and processing uniformity across columns and plate wells, with individual channel flow restriction to guarantee robust processing of partly filled plates or column set-ups. It can also be combined with Tecan’s Fluent® or Freedom EVO® liquid handling platforms to create a fully automated workflow.
The Resolvex A200 features an intuitive touchscreen, making it easy to set up and run protocols, as well as ensuring straightforward integration with your laboratory workflows and SOPs. Fully programmable pressure profiles enable optimization of flow rates, helping to reduce processing time and provide reliable analyte recovery.
