"Recently purchased, overall seem like decent pipettes. However, buyer beware - they have a no return policy even on products never used. The two smallest pipettes I purchased have stainless steel ends and have concern regarding longevity with use of caustic reagents."

"Updated version of the Eppendorf Reference Pipette; had the 2.5 ml model to test (was deliberately looking for this somewhat unusual size, as a perfect fit for our application). Very comfortable in the hand, easy to use. Nice adjustment system, together with volume lock, so no "creep" (as often see with other continuously adjustable pipettes, without a locking system). Like the single-button system (although it takes a little getting used to, not to accidentally eject the tip before you mean to); having a tip eject on a pipette this big makes a nice change. Excellent support from our local Eppendorf rep :-) "
