Characterization of biological products
1. In terms of hardware, EAD technology is multiple mass spectrometry fragmentation technology,it can provide more secondary fragment ions based on free radical fragmentation can be generated, which provides a new dimension for the structural analysis of high resolution mass spectrometry. Furthermore,the updated software is more efficient in handling PTM and so on. 2. Before and after the equipment purchase, they have been standing in my point of view to provide services, and help me to train the talent of mass spectrometry and I hope they keep it up. 3. I originally planned to buy QE Plus, but later CONDUCTED some difficult experiments. After comparing the data processed by different instruments, I found that 7600 could provide more realistic results, which was amazing. Moreover, this device was more affordable than QE Plus.
