I've been using this equipment applied to a variety of different biological analyses, from molecular diagnosis to the study of gene expression, and it always returns very detailed and accurate results for all my assays, which is very important when you're dealing with academic data. The software is very intuitive and does not require specific previous knowledge, and the fact that you can generate template archives with the configurations you're using, then apply it to a different replicate or a different set of experiments, for example, is time-saving. I gave five stars for "ease of use" because of all aspects that I've already stated previous, and four stars for "after-sales care" because it took us some time to find a specialized professional available to teach us how to calibrate the equipment and, five stars for "value for money" because the good usability, quickness, and robustness of the data generated by the QuantStudio 6 Flex makes it one of the best options available in the market.

This is one of the best qPCR systems which I have used extensively during my PhD. It is very fast and accurate and provides quality results. I have only used the 384 well format and really love the reaction setup and downstream analysis program.

The machine is of value and is an easy to use platform even in comparison to other QS instruments. This equipment is best for melt curve analysis to design new PCR reactions. I mainly used it for designing new PCR reactions in research. It is a must for every research lab. We developed new gene expression assays for vibrio cholera pre and post treatment with the new drug we were developing. A happy customer of this product.

Their scientific team is available and in touch for scientific and technical support and help for data analysis. It is pretty simple to use as you need to define the samples and genes and there is an analysis option which analyzes data.
