QuantCyte™ CD19

QuantCytes™ CD19 controls are synthetic cell mimics with light scatter characteristics similar to human lymphocytes, providing realistic assay performance without donor‑to‑donor variability. Each kit contains four well‑defined populations (CD19‑negative, low, medium and high expression) each positive population carrying a known CD19 antigen density. The lyophilized format supports convenient storage, consistent reconstitution and robust performance across laboratories.

Quantitative CD19 calibration

When stained with phycoerythrin (PE) or allophycocyanin (APC) conjugated anti‑CD19 antibodies, each population generates a distinct fluorescence intensity corresponding to its defined CD19 molecules per cell. These measured signals can be entered into the Antigen Density Calculator to create a signal‑to‑antigen standard curve, enabling direct quantification of CD19 expression on experimental cell targets using the same instrument and antibody conditions.

Safe, standardized research use

Unlike biospecimen‑derived materials, QuantCytes™ CD19 controls contain no biological cells or infectious agents and require no special handling or disposal.
