SpectraComp® controls are precision engineered single stain cell mimics designed to optimize spectral unmixing and compensation in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. Discover how across two studies, SpectraComp controls demonstrated spectral profiles closely matching cells, and were interchangeable with cell-based controls for most markers, improving background reduction and unmixing accuracy. The results highlight a practical alternative to traditional compensation beads, particularly for complex multicolor panels and limited sample types.
