TBNK Mimic™ contains cell mimics expressing T cell, B cell and natural killer (NK) cell markers with forward scatter (FSC) and side scatter (SSC) profiles that closely resemble human peripheral blood leukocytes.
The control includes distinct populations mirroring physiologically relevant antigen densities for CD4+ T cells (CD45+, CD3+, CD4+), CD8+ T cells (CD45+, CD3+, CD8+), B cells (CD45+, CD3−, CD19+), NK cells (CD45+, CD3−, CD16/56+), classical monocytes (CD45+, CD14+) and granulocytes (CD45+, CD16+).
