Great communication, great design, great results.
Application Area: Identification of conformational epitopes of monoclonal antibodies
"The PEPperMAP team was very professional during my whole monoclonal antibody epitope mapping project. In the project design stage, they were very effective and clear about collecting the experimental information and feasible routes. They always respond to your questions quickly. The epitope mapping experiments went well and the conclusion is solid by setting various positive and negative controls. Their service is easy to use and experimental design is straightforward. Their communication is highly effective."
The PEPperMAP® Conformational Epitope Mapping Service is based on a peptide microarray with an antigen translated into 7, 10 and 13 amino acid cyclic constrained peptides with max. peptide overlaps of 6, 9 and 12 amino acids for highest epitope resolution. Different peptide lengths are applied to mimic different loop sizes and hence protein conformations.
The service includes all immunoassays with your antibody or serum sample, staining with secondary and control antibodies, read-out with a microarray scanner, data quantification and evaluation as well as a scientific report.
