"This is the information bringing to your notice that I hope you knew the issue regarding centrifuge. We are not happy with your product since installation to till date and service was very poor. We purchased two centrifuge since 8 months back now. Both centrifuges were not working till one month. Concerned persons arrived and left but the problem was not resolved yet. For your kind information between installation to till date. The exchange process was done two times. First time changed with the same model (IFUGE L400R) and next time changed with another model (IFUGE UCO2R). That was also not working yet and packed for replacement till now no status update and phones not answering. The replaced other model (IFUGE UCO2R) not working due to keypad problem your person visited and said will send the keypad for replacement 2 weeks back that also not received till now. Now we are not using two centrifuges till one month. I request kindly take earlier action for it. If not possible please return back the units from my site. We are also unable to contact your team (Mr. Chiranjeevi & Sunil & Vardha) members. They are not responding to informed breakdown .This is not the first time I am searching the contact person every time who will resolve my problem."
