We use the FlowBot ONE from Flowrobotics in a daily basis in the lab. It's really easy to use, both students and lab team members can prepare and execute protocols in minutes. The FlowBot ONE is robust and reliable, specially after fine tuning the lab ware specifications and the pipetting modes. There is a ton of settings that we can play with until we achieve the results we need. The very nifty features such as liquid detection or the QR code reader at the bottom of the deck, are really useful. We have had a fantastic experience working together with Flowrobotics, they really care about their product and appreciate both helping and the feedback we give them.
