"The 10x genomics single-cell TCR protocol is easy to use and rarely fails when loaded at proper cell number. The biggest failure is often caused by loading too many cell and clogging the fluidics. The biggest downside is the cost of reagents and no bulk order discount."

"10x Chromium is a tabletop machine used to generate single-cell genomic libraries from any given cell from human, animal or plant tissue. It has a straightforward protocol to achieve the outcome. It is a small space consuming instrument in the lab with growing applications. The single cell libraries are further read by NGS and the meanings are analyzed for significant findings. Their support team is marvelous and they respond quickly usually."

"10x Chromium is a tabletop machine used to generate single-cell genomic libraries from any given cell from human, animal or plant tissue. It has a straightforward protocol to achieve the outcome. It is a small space consuming instrument in the lab with growing applications. The single cell libraries are further read by NGS and the meanings are analyzed for significant findings. The processing price is expensive and we can run 8 samples at the same time and less than 8 samples lead to waste of utility. This is one of the biggest challenges for a potential technique with endless applications. Their support team is marvelous and they respond quickly usually."

The compact, sleek Chromium™ Controller has been designed to rapidly and efficiently automate the equivalent of 100,000s to 1,000,000s of pipetting steps for highly parallel sample partitioning and molecular barcoding. The Chromium Controller allows a user to run any of our Chromium Single Cell 3′, V(D)J, Genome and Exome Solutions. A dedicated Chromium Single Cell Controller is also available for users that exclusively run our Chromium Single Cell 3′ and V(D)J Solutions.
