The TOYOPEARL Sulfate-650F salt tolerant cation exchange resin was developed to meet the actual chromatographic needs in high throughput purification of monoclonal antibodies and other proteins. It combines a high binding capacity across a range of pH values and conductivities with a unique selectivity. It provides a good resolution between mAb monomers and aggregates.
