I absolutely love the compact and versatile design. The touchscreen is bigger than others in the market and Compass® software can control other commercial HPLC systems. The online application notes for pharmaceutical are not enough but tech support is accessible.

At first, I thought I was going to have a hard time getting used to the new equipment. But after a few days of using the GC I got used how to navigate the software and interpreting my data. Now, I see that the Bruker GC is one of the best GC I have worked with.

Great when operational, many errors to resolve
Light oils and wash oil analysis on the liquids 436
The instrument is capable of the applications and effective at analyzing samples when it is in operational use. When operational, great reproducibility and accuracy in readings. Since purchase there have been many issues regarding the instruments. They regularly fault out during stable conditions, have pressure errors, and lose communication with the controllers. Some non-consumable parts have needed to be replaced with no explanation determined as to why they were failing. Great availability for phone support.
