Organic synthesis
I often do extraction or concentration of organic solvents during my synthesis. The rotary evaporator works good so far. I would rather have a document which can explain a little more of their function rather than self-learning how to use it. There are some protocols on how to use it that I've come up with in the lab but a general scheme would be helpful.

Preparing samples for metabolite analysis
Easy to use and provides high accuracy in sample preparation. Very easily evaporates the unrequited substances and I was able to handle the machine with ease. I am happy with the working capability of the instrument and would recommend the instrument if you have similar experiments to perform.
