MAGic™ Beads Protein G are super-paramagnetic porous beads coupled with Protein G ligand. Optimized for purification of monoclonal antibodies, which do not have an affinity towards Protein A, directly from cell culture harvests, thus eliminating centrifugation or filtration, such as from hybridoma or CHO cells. High binding capacity and fast magnetic response makes the beads suitable for separation even in large-volume samples.
