Hach customer service was instrumental in quickly replacing the inoperable probe, so we could meet our deadlines.
Lab measurements to determine efficacy of treatment methods
This meter functioned intermittently after initial purchase. Root cause investigation revealed the probe was not functioning properly. Customer Service was wonderful in confirming the probe was the issue, and a replacement probe was received in about a week's time. We are very satisfied with the performance of meter with the new probe. We are extremely happy with the customer service provided so we could meet the deadlines of our project.

The machine is very effective at giving out accurate results, it allows you to handle different sample parameters at once, thus enabling you to meet customers turn around time. It also accepts different types of probes depending on which parameter you are dealing with.
