Factors determining editing efficiency and off-target cleavage activity for sgRNA
Researchers performed a study to understand the poorly documented factors that determine the editing efficiency and off-target cleavage activity of sgRNA by comparing the in-silico prediction and sequencing results from customized TargetSeq® panel. The result suggested that sgRNA activity and specificity can be sensitively detected by TargetSeq in combination with in-silico prediction.
