Performance
Excellent Performance with Different Sample Types
BisCap® Human CpG Island Panel was tested by using NA12878, FFPE DNA, and mock cfDNA (fragmented NA12878 samples) with different input amounts. The results were excellent and consistent among different sample types.
Highly Correlated with WGBS
Analysis of methylation levels estimated by BisCap® Human CpG Island Panel and WGBS showed high consistency, indicating BisCap® Human CpG Island Panel is an excellent tool for methylation status detection.
Excellent Reproducibility
