The product is easy to use. The after sales service must be improved because if we have problem we need to wait one day to come and check the product. The humidity system used to regulate the humitdity must be improve in the future because it creates alot of problems for us.

When operational the chambers have been perfect to use. However the lack of after sales service in South Africa has been an issue for me. The cost of repairs has been exorbitant for a university.
