The equipment is somewhat expensive, but so easy to use. No cumbersome chemicals or long wait time. Push a couple of buttons, wait a few minutes, and you have your results! Comparison testing we've done in our lab shows that the Vapor Pro is sensitive and reproducible. I have 17 years experience with moisture analysis, this has to be to the most efficient means to test moisture I have used, no chemical waste, sample prep only requires recording the material weight, the instrument does the rest, does require some development to determine oven temperature for material being tested.

Great product
In the 5 years we've had it, the Vapor Pro has been easy to set up and use from the start. The menus are self explanatory and make training co-workers easy as well. Adding new materials or tweaking old ones is simple and takes very few steps to achieve. In addition no hazardous chemicals are needed in the operation of the Vapor Pro. The support staff at Arizona Instruments have been very helpful, and have stayed in frequent contact to make sure all is well. They are always ready and willing to work with us in the event that a problem or question arises. Over the phone troubleshooting has always solved any issues we have had.

Moisture analysis confirmation testing for medical grade resins
