Instrument is worthwhile. I am planning to buy another one.
Application Area:Protein purification
"I have used this product for seven years in my lab without any service. The centrifuges are easy to use, robust and economical. As different compatible rotors are provided, so is versatile."

A great, reliable and indispensable piece of equipment.
Application Area:Nucleic acid isolation
"This centrifuge is a workhorse, and has many rotor options for molecular biology use. There are very few centrifuges that can handle the centrifuge speeds that this can go up to. Additionally there is a rotor that accepts 1.5 ml tubes, which I haven't been able to find in any other benchtop centrifuge. All in all an indispensable piece of equipment in our lab."

Very happy with my results, nice and repeatable.
Application Area:Collection of supernatant for adsorption profile
"Great product, very easy to use with clear instructions. Was used for the separation of solution in order to collect supernatant to measure adsorption profile, meaning the solution needed to be spun at the same speed and time. Haven’t experienced a fault with equipment in 9 months of use."
Like the Sigma 3-16L, the Sigma 3-16KL refrigerated general-purpose centrifuge has a wide range of applications. The intuitive user interface with patented one-button control and illuminated buttons makes it easy to operate. It fits into the work environment with a pleasantly low noise level and achieves 4°C at maximum speed.
