Robust, accurate & reliable workhorse. An essential analytical tool for the lab.
High statistical reliability for PCR
This instrument was purchased for our analytical lab for the gene copy analysis of viral samples and other cell types. The customer service and technical service groups are fabulous. The results are robust and reliable. The run time for a 96-well plate (start to finish, excluding prep) will take from 7-10 hours. Though this is a longer run-time than qPCR, the results are more reliable and robust without the use of a standard curve. The equipment itself is a reliable workhorse.

Clearance of Plasma EGFR Mutations as a Predictor of Outcome on Osimertinib in the AURA Trial
This poster presents an exploratory analysis into whether dynamic changes in the levels of plasma EGFR mutations post-osimertinib treatment are associated with clinical outcome. It presents data from the AURA Phase I study in patients with disease progression following prior therapy with an EGFR-TKI and T790M-positive baseline genotyping (in tumor tissue or plasma). It was found that early clearance of plasma EGFR mutations in patients receiving osimertinib therapy appears to be a prognostic marker for improved median progression-free survival of patients.
