Ineffective customer service

"Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have never dealt with any company that can come even close to how ineffective horiba service is. I've been dealing with noisy signal for over 2 months now. Their specialists are very unresponsive and ineffective. Not only their suggestions haven't solved the issue, but also it messed up another signal as well."

We understand your frustration due to the slow response time you experienced, and your expectations not being met. "This is a slightly modified version of QM8000 we purchased from Horiba-PTI. PTI is the actual manufacturer. Only difference from QM8000 is that the slits are manual control. This instrument is also equipped with a xeon flash lamp and detector for measuring phosphorescence properties."
