"It is quite versatile in its application. In addition to its current application in early drug development programs, I have found it equally efficient for the purpose of trace metabolite identification, reactive metabolite screening, online H/D exchange experiments by infusing D2O parallely through syringe pump, MSn capabilities typically up to MS5 and more. Other features like data dependent scan, polarity switching for simultaneous acquisition of data in both +ve and -ve mode, data acquisition in SRM, MRM modes etc. is indispensable for bioanalytical workflows. Also, there are many other features not so popular in literature, which are worth exploring and making use of for various specific scenarios."
