Dreadful after sales service

"We were shocked by their outright dreadful aftersales service. We are a large pharmaceutical manufacturer in Malaysia which purchased one unit in April. No proper training was given to us on both hardware and software. When we sought assistance from the sales rep to improve upon the preloaded report templates (because no training was given to us on how to use the report builder), ZERO replies were received from PerkinElmer Malaysian team despite multiple emails were sent directly to the sales reps in the whole month of May. Moving forward, we will no longer consider purchasing another analytical instrument from PerkinElmer because frankly, with our experience with other lab instrument providers, their after sales service is really rock bottom and does not even deserve a single star."

"It is a device. Easy to use and gives good results. Minimum variations between analyses. It can be used on the visible spectrum and ultraviolet. It is very yielding. It is not too expensive and the company trains you in plant, or you can visit their facilities to be trained."
