"machine is easy to use but often can be difficult to operate. downside is only one sample at a time which is time consuming."

"Pretty easy to use. We had a minor issue with the water bath but the company was helpful. Would be nice to do more than one sample at one time."

The simple yet powerful design is perfect as a workhorse for generating consistent CD data for research as well as an effective tool for teaching CD in academic environments.

The JASCO J-1500 is designed to meet the most demanding of CD applications. The performance level is unparalleled and the layout is suited for adaptation to a variety of different sampling methods. With CD, LD and Absorbance provided as standard the base unit is already very capable but when combined with optional measurement modes and sampling accessories in addition to the new Simultaneous Multi-Probe (SMP) acquisition system you can unleash the power only dreamed of by earlier systems.
