The order was extremely easy to place. The service was fast The price was unbeatable and lower than using traditional cloning. I wish their system preservers the annotations/features of the insert being submitted so when the full sequence including the backbone is being returned the features would not have to be re-added manually. I also wish the comments on different warnings produced by the ordering system were more detailed rather than blanket statements. I would certainly recommend this service as a simpler and likely faster alternative to traditional cloning for most cases.
