6230C Time-of-Flight (TOF) LC/MS
The Agilent 6230C TOF LC/MS system is a high-performance, robust, and easy-to-use mass spectrometry solution.
The Agilent 6230C TOF LC/MS system is a high-performance, robust, and easy-to-use mass spectrometry solution. With coverage up to m/z 20,000, high resolution, accurate mass, and high scan rates, it delivers the data confidence required by regulators. Paired with Agilent Infinity III LC Series instruments, and a choice of Agilent MassHunter or Agilent OpenLab CDS software, the 6230C LC/TOF drives accurate analysis of complex samples across many workflows, including multi-attribute method (MAM), intact proteins, ADCs, glycan profiling, oligonucleotides, and small molecules.
Adding Agilent VacShield technology increases uptime for robust, reliable operation, even for challenging samples and complex matrices. Intuitive tools such as one-click SWARM autotune and Agilent WalkUp software enable even novice users to access powerful MS capabilities.
Features
- MassHunter software is ideal for labs requiring advanced and specialized workflows on the 6230C LC/TOF in complex research applications
- OpenLab CDS supports routine LC/MS workflows on the 6230C LC/TOF and is suitable for use in regulated environments; it is also the supported data system for the Agilent MAM solution
- Meet data integrity standards with technical controls to securely acquire, process, report, and store data in laboratories that must follow the compliance guidelines
- Maximize uptime and reduce maintenance time by 90–97% with ventless ion capillary maintenance provided with VacShield
- Reduce administrative tasks and risks while eliminating the need for LC/MS expertise with intuitive MassHunter WalkUp software
- Implement sustainable solutions with an optional dry pump that eliminates oil waste and achieves savings in energy consumption and heat dissipation; Eco Standby mode further decreases gas and energy use through scheduled settings
- Anticipate downtime or address immediate issues with instrument diagnostics, such as early maintenance feedback (EMF), that provide instrument health and status reports based on actively monitored metrics
- Run batches uninterrupted with intelligent reflex workflows that trigger automatic reinjection for carryover, saturation (above calibration results), and fast screening—so you can focus on results
- Generate expert, application-specific results every time with AI-based SWARM autotune for LC/MS systems—eliminating time-consuming, one-by-one parameter optimization to help identify optimal settings
- Detect low-level impurities in complex matrices with up to five orders of in-spectrum dynamic range and Agilent Jet Stream technology with low picogram on-column sensitivity
Implement multi-attribute methods with confidence – A solution designed for biopharma QC labs
Thursday, July 23 at 16:00 BST | 17:00 CEST | 11:00 EDT | 08:00 PDT
The multi-attribute method (MAM) is a powerful approach to monitoring critical quality attributes (CQAs) and detecting product variants in a single, streamlined biopharmaceutical workflow. However, widespread adoption in QC has been limited by method complexity, high costs, and operational burden.
Join Prof. Jared Auclair of Northeastern University and Melissa Sato of Agilent Technologies in this SelectScience® webinar as they present a practical path forward – the Agilent MAM.
The Agilent MAM solution addresses these challenges by combining purpose-built Agilent MAM for OpenLab CDS software with robust, highly efficient Agilent LC/MS systems, enabling the confident transition of MAM from R&D into regulated QC environments. Designed according to USP <1060>, this comprehensive solution includes software, LC/MS instrumentation, consumables, and built-in system performance checks to simplify QC method implementation, reduce training requirements, and improve QC turnaround time.
