Industry News: SelectScience Presents Best Drug Discovery Product Award to IDBS at Drug Discovery 2008

06 Oct 2008, the leading online resource for applied chemists, clinical chemists and life scientists, has presented IDBS with a Scientists’ Choice Award for the E-Workbook. The award for Best Drug Discovery Product, 2008 was presented to Glyn Williams of IDBS during Drug Discovery 2008, an ELRIG and SBS conference. Second place was awarded to Eppendorf for the EpMotion Automated Pipetting System.

The SelectScience Web Awards are the Industry’s first awards to provide a channel for the online scientific community to provide feedback to manufacturers, and to recognise the most effective e-marketing campaigns. Winners of the best campaigns and best new products were first announced during Pittcon, Analytica and MICROSCIENCE 2008:

The Scientists' Choice Award winners are chosen by SelectScience Community members though an online nomination and voting system. The SelectScience Web Award winners for Best Banner and Email Campaigns were decided by SelectScience editors, based on user response/click-through rate.
