Analyzing the materials and microstructure, grain size details
TM4000plus is easy and a handy instruments for microstructure and quick chemical analysis of materials. It has got options for both lower and higher magnifications. I have been using this product since 2014. It's essentially a great product for the metallurgist without using SEM instruments.
