Chemiluminescent Detection of protein expression in Western Blot analyses
If you load small amounts of protein for a western blot and have a hard time getting a signal with a clean uniform background, then this is the product to use. I have loaded small amounts of protein and used a reputable antibody but have had a hard time getting a good signal with other ECL products. When using this for the first time I was able to get a good signal after 5 secs with just a 2ug protein load in comparison to no signal with other ECL kits using the same conditions.
