"I have been using Buchi's Rotavapor System for 3 years, it is working excellently for the evaporation of any type of solvent. I even used this instrument for the evaporation for water and it worked quite well. I evaporated about 100L of water by using this in less time. We have been using this instrument continuously 24/7 but it always works properly. Sometimes even I don't require to do further evaporation of sample at HighVac or VaccuVac because it removes all trace amount of solvent from my samples so it will be easy for me to give samples directly for the NMR or IR without interfering the results with solvent peaks."

Easy handling with a high safety standard
With the enhanced functions of the vacuum controller, it is possible to control all parameters from one central source. An optimal balance between the heating bath, cooling coil surface and recirculating chiller allows a fast and safe distillation. The vacuum controller calculates the optimal cooling temperature for maximum performance.
High efficiency and ecological operation
At the process end the vacuum controller switches off the vacuum pump and the recirculating chiller. This reduces the running cost. The vacuum pump works in speed controlled mode which makes it run silently. With the high cooling capacity of the condenser and the cooling power of the recirculating chiller the BUCHI Evaporation System has a recovery rate of <99%.
