"This instrument was purchased for our analytical lab for the gene copy analysis of viral samples and other cell types. The customer service and technical service groups are fabulous. The results are robust and reliable. The run time for a 96-well plate (start to finish, excluding prep) will take from 7-10 hours. Though this is a longer run-time than qPCR, the results are more reliable and robust without the use of a standard curve. The equipment itself is a reliable workhorse."
