"I used the qTOWER 2.2 Real-time PCR successfully to quantify specific bacterial species. The reason why I like this device is due to its intuitive qPCRsoft software. You can set up the template before and after the run. It is great feature because it saved me repeating an experiment once. I once made a mistake in setting up my template and was upset when I realized that. I thought that I have to repeat the experiment all over again. However, after playing around with the qPCRsoft, I figured out that I can in fact reprocess the data after the run. This functionality allowed me to successfully interpret my data without the need to repeat the whole experiment. It really saved me a lot of time which have been wasted. I highly recommend it."
