"This taq is able to produce HQ amplicons of various length (at least up to 1500 bp). The error rate is very low and the taq is robust to changes in the mix. It also allows to prepare the mix at ambient t°. While being High Fidelity, it also adds the A hoverhangs for efficient cloning (this is due to the fact that is a mixture of normal taq polymerase). Nonetheless, its main issue is the price which is considerably higher than many other HF taq available today."
