Good product for researcher
Single cell encapsulation
I am using Pico-surf to stablize cell-laden droplets, it works very nice. the droplets are stable, and combining the use of pico-break, it's easy to break the emulsion and get the component out. the product is reliable and easy to use.

Batch variance has to be solved
ddPCR
In general the product is good for droplet generation and ddPCR. However, we encountered issues with thermostability couple years ago due to (we suspect) batch variance from manufacturing. Once I bought 50 ml and realized that did not perform as well as it used to be. Hope this is fixed now.
