It is very quick, as compared to wet transfer. Transfer is done in 7 min. It is user friendly. Very efficient and effective with respect to band transfer.

Terrible quality.
Western blot
When it works the results are really great but this equipment is terrible quality and cheaply made. We bought one and it stopped working after 2 years, so we replaced it and the second one aslo died. Technical department was not helpful. Still waiting to hear from customer service. I do not recommend wasting your time on this equipment. Buy a better quality brand and set your conditions using an instrument that you can trust.

Solid performance for low to mid-size protein
Western blot
I don't do western blot often, that was why I was looking for a fast and convenient way. The iBlot™ has a dry system without no buffer preparation which can transfer the protein from PAGE gels to nitrocellulose so fast, it takes 7-8 minutes. I have to mention that it works for low to mid-range size protein more efficiently. Overall, it is an easy, convenient, and fast method.

Great results and confidence!
Protein transfer
iBlot is a very good and efficient unit to transfer proteins. If you want to save time, I suggest you buy it! Transfer your blot in 5 minutes. Quick, simple, reliable. I have performed western blots for more than 10 years, I believe that iBlot increased my reproducibility and confidence and has reduced my time and effort needed to do western blots.
